Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (platform changes, budgets, offer quality,
competition, compliance constraints, etc.). We do not guarantee specific results unless expressly
agreed in a written, signed services agreement.

4) Quotes, Proposals, and Client Engagements

Any proposal, scope, timeline, pricing, or deliverables are only binding if included in a separate written
agreement signed by both you and Ryze (a “Services Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms
and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for that project.

5) Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site and all content on it (text, graphics, branding, logos, design, photos,
videos, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to Ryze and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute,
modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our written permission.

6) Submissions Through the Site (Forms, Inquiries, Materials)

If you submit information through the Site (e.g., contact form entries, project details, or other materials):

• You represent you have the right to submit it.
• You agree not to submit confidential information you do not want shared with our team/contractors as needed
  to evaluate your request.
• You grant Ryze a non-exclusive right to use submitted materials solely to respond to you, evaluate potential work,
  and perform requested services (if engaged).

7) Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. We do not control them and are not
responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8) Disclaimers

BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF
PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

If liability cannot be excluded, then to the extent permitted by law, Ryze’s total liability for all claims relating to the
Site will not exceed US $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ryze and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and agents
from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use
of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
